New year, new projects
31 January 2019

The second half of 2018 was the most intense time in the history of our company. We have expanded the team and hired new architects and planners, moved to a new location in the Centre of Gdansk Wrzeszcz, completed a few projects and gained new commissions.

We have completed the following projects:

  • Redevelopment concept for the surroundings of train station Dąbrowa Górnicza Strzemieszyce, created in the participatory process;
  • Local area plan consultations in Warsaw, including Wał Miedzeszyński, Targówek Mieszkaniowy and surroundings of PKP Włochy train station;
  • We’re Changing the Streets’ for Stare Polesie in Łódź;
  • Training sessions on public-private partnership in adaptation and management of historic value buildings for public, private (creative) and third sectors;
  • Input in ‘Construction of the Future’ study carried out for SKANSKA.

We continue working on the master plan for the Imperial Shipyard in Gdansk. Due to the plans to include the area in the UNESCO Heritage List, some of the competition proposals we have proposed together with Henning Larsen and BBGK will have to be revised. We have also submitted competition entries for Kazan masterplan (Russia), market square in Słupsk as well as redevelopment of Rogatka bazaar in Warsaw.

We are entering the New Year with an expanded team and new projects we will shortly present on our website!
