2006 – ongoing
In the years 2006-2016 Monika Arczyńska worked with Heneghan Peng Architect in Dublin, where she was primarily involved in the design of the cultural buildings. Among them were such widely known projects as the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre in Northern Ireland, Palestinian Museum in West Bank, The National Centre for Contemporary Arts in Moscow or refurbishment of the National Museum of Ireland. Many Heneghan Peng Architects’ projects have been awarded and the office gains most of its commissions by winning international competitions. Monika Arczyńska has broad experience in collaboration with such consultants as Arup London, RFR, Buro Happold, Aecom and others.
Since having founded a2p2 architecture&planning Monika Arczyńska has collaborated with the office and coordinated the design of the National Centre for Contemporary Arts in Moscow, she has been a technical advisor for the construction of the Grand Egyptian Museum and she has worked on the development strategy for Otto Lilienthal Museum in Anklam, Germany (conversion of the Gothic church) and other projects.
